Style & Fit
Our stylist is happy to answer any questions you may have about our styles, fit, or placing an order. Please call (800) 507-4856 x2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to return a style, you have 15 days from the date you received your order to send it back for a full refund. Please call customer service at (800) 507-4856 x1 for an RMA number.
We accept returns only on new, unworn styles with the Ikaria Resort Wear garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
We make it easy to return by including a shipping label, with only a small $10 restocking fee to cover the cost of the return.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Orders in the United States are charged local taxes, where applicable.
Outside the United States, we ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
Signature is required at time of delivery.
