How do I care for my Ikara goddess?

Ikaria Cover-Ups are crafted in 100% imported silk, hand-finished and created with crystals from ®. We recommend that our Ikaria Resort Wear dresses be dry cleaned. Though the styles may understandably get wet at the beach or pool, they are not designed to be fully submerged.

How do I know the `right size?

You can find our standard size guide. Please note that most Ikaria Goddesses are designed to be sized up or down one size for optimum fit and comfort.          

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest.

Is my personal information kept private?

We use regular Malware Scanning.  Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method chosen, please allow 3-7 days.

How do I reset my password?

When you are logged in to your account page, please select “Change Password” and you will be prompted from there.

How much Duties and Taxes will I pay?

Prices displayed on the website do not include tax. When you proceed with your order, Taxes and duties will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges and displayed on your Order Confirmation page.
